Sketchbook

My uncle and baby cousin playing with a baby calf.

This portrait sketch did not take very long but that's not important. The person this sketch is representing has very interesting facial features, the size of his ears and the shape of the mans chin has an interesting shape.

These four drawings were created today at Dr. Sketchies Alternative Life Drawing session in Dublin.  Simply had not done something like this before, as all my life drawing classes were always quite, very formal (still great) compared to Dr Sketchies which is humorous, informal in the sense that models do some acting in theme to the movie TOP GUN which was what the poses  where based on tonight, it was alot of fun to watch, and loud cheesy music is played. Some prizes to be had for the models favorite figure studies and with that I won myself a sweet TOP GUN themed cup cake "how sweet it is".  So I will leave you with this last random comment for now, "having the ability to draw well or at all is something to cherish and there are so many sketching groups/societies which makes it a very social thing for many, so it is something worth keeping up" Hope that makes sense.
